Joel and the entire Retherford team did an outstanding job renovating our office. Extremely professional, very detailed and keep the worksite clean. I would highly recommend this company.

I waited seven years to renovate the heart of our home (kitchen). I love to host and wanted to elevate our space not only for ourselves, but others. Finding the right contractor came with a lot of trial and error on my part. Finally, Retherford was the answer and the solution to making a beautiful result. I cannot speak highly enough about the excellent communication, care for my vision, consistent work in my timeline, as well as the kindness this crew (and the subs) exhibited to not only our home, but our family. Many hands made exquisite work!

I’ve worked with Joel in many projects and I will highly recommended Joel if you’re in the Florence area and looking for a great Builder. He’s awesome to work with and he brings so much to the table with knowledge, honesty, craftsmanship, quality and much more.

Great quality work on our addition. Retherford provided me scheduling updates throughout the job and finished the job on time and on budget. I would definitely consider Retherford Custom Homes for your next addition or new construction.

Joel Retherford is amazing! - he’s a great listener and problem solver, no matter the size of your project. He aims to please and is very patient, working to meet your needs and on your timeframe throughout the entire process - from the planning stage to the actual build.
